摘要
研究了第二炼钢厂3号小方坯连铸机拉速和二冷比水量对连铸坯中心碳偏析的影响,在拉速恒定条件下,通过射钉试验测定连铸坯在不同冷却强度下的坯壳厚度,为凝固末端电磁搅拌器的安装位置和电磁搅拌参数的确定提供依据,确定了最佳末端电磁搅拌参数,降低了连铸坯中心碳偏析程度,提高了连铸坏内部质量。
The influences of casting speed and the cooling rate of the secondary cooling water on centrol segregation and shrinkage in the 3th billet continuous casting are studied in the paper. With the method of pin shooting, under the constant casting speed, the shell thicknesses are measured in different cooling rate of the secondary cooling water. These are the important basis to confirm the installation position of F-EMS and the parameters of EMS. The internal quality of casting slab has been improved and the centrol segregation of carbon has been reduced after optimization for M-EMS.
