摘要
我国哈大客运专线用无砟轨道板采用PC钢棒作为横向预应力肋,其直径为13.2mm(大于普通管桩钢棒)、强度为1420MPa:通过对PC钢棒常用钢种30MnSi、30Si和45Si2Cr的热处理性能、末端淬透性和低温冲击性能进行比较和分析,确定厂客运专线轨道板用PC钢捧选用钢种的原则。研究结果表明,45Si2Cr淬透性好,强度富余量大,工艺参数调节余量大,更适宜生产较大直径PC钢棒。
PC steel bar can be used as cross direction prestressed rib in ballastless track of Ha-Da high-speed railway with 13.2 mm diameter ( which is larger than ordinary PC steel bar for pipe pile) and 1 420 MPa grade. Three kinds of steel grade 30MnSi, 30Si and 45Si2Cr which are usually produced for PC steel bar have been studied by heat treatment performance, ending hardenability and impact energy to establish the selection principle of steel grade for rather large diameter PC steel bar. The results show that 45Si2Cr has higher hardenability, more margin of strength and more flexibility of process than others. So it is suitable for rather large diameter PC steel bar.
