高炉送风系统压力损失的理论解析

摘要 以流体动力学为基础,建立了压力损失计算模型,对送风系统的压力损失进行理论解析,并讨论了送风系统压力损失对风口处风速和鼓风动能的影响。对国内某5000m3级超大型高炉解析结果表明,送风系统压力损失约占热风压力的11%左右;在风量相同的条件下,考虑送风系统压力损失的风速和鼓风动能较不考虑送风系统压力损失的风速和鼓风动能时要高;为减少风口损坏,建议该5000m3级超大型高炉风速上限控制在280m/s左右,鼓风动能上限控制在18000kg·m/s左右。 Based on the fluid dynamics, the calculated model of pressure loss was developed for blast system of BF, and the pressure loss of blast system was analyzed theoretically. Furthermore, the effect of pressure loss in blast system on blast velocity and blast momentum in front of tuyere was discussed. According to the performance of 5 000 m3 super-large blast furnace, the pressure loss of blast system is about 11% of the measured pressure at the end of hot blast main. Under the same air quantity, the blast velocity and blast momentum with considering the pressure loss of blast system are higher than those without the pressure loss of blast system. To reduce the tuyere losses, the upper limit of blast velocity should be controlled below 280 m/s, and the upper limit of blast momentum should be suggested below 18 000 kg·m/s.
