摘要
针对第一线材厂生产的SWRH82B盘条心部出现珠光体与残余奥氏体共存、索氏体与网状铁素体共存及索氏体与马氏体共存等异常组织的现象,通过对生产数据进行跟踪和扫描电镜观测,对异常组织产生的原因及解决方法进行了初步分析和探讨。
The SWRH82B wire rod produced by No. 1 Wire Rod Rolling Mill has abnormal structure: pearlite and residual austenite concurrent, sorbite and net ferrite concurrent, sorbite and martensite concurrent. Through tracking production data and scanning electron microscope, the causes of abnormal structure are preliminary analyzed and discussed.
