目的 探讨口腔粘膜嗜酸性溃疡的病因、临床病理表现、诊疗与预后, 以期对该病有所了解和认识。方法 对8 例口腔粘膜嗜酸性溃疡病人进行临床病理分析。结果 口腔粘膜嗜酸性溃疡界限清楚, 表面清洁,所有病例均位于舌部且为单发,3 例有复发史, 镜下以固有层嗜酸性细胞为特点。结论 口腔粘膜嗜酸性溃疡是一种少见的自限性良性疾病, 好发于老人和儿童, 病因不清, 可能与创伤有关, 诊断根据临床病理表现, 治疗采用活检切除和完全切除法,

Objective\ To explore the clinical characteristics, histologic features, method of treatment and possible aetiology of eosinophilic ulcer of oral mucosa were reported.Methods Clinical pathology was applied to andlyse the 8 cases with eosinophilic ulcer.Results\ In all cases,the site was the tongue.They were unifocal, had a benign course,and three of them had recurrent history. Pathological features showed an extensive inflammatory cell infiltration with predominantly eosinophilic cells throughout the submucosa. All of them were treated with either conservative excision, or incisional boipsy. Conclusion\ Eosinophilic ulcer is a begign disease and often appears in elder or children, its aetiology is unclear and may be associated with traumatic factors. It provides useful information on clinical characteristics, histologic features, method of treatment and possible aetiology of this disease.\;
