青年人第一磨牙缺失对牙周牙列及咀嚼效率的影响

The effect of first molar loss on dentition periodontium and masticatory efficiency

目的 探讨青年人第一磨牙缺失后对牙列、牙周及咀嚼效率的影响。方法 选择60 例第一磨牙缺失者, 详细观察并记录牙列、牙周及缺牙对颌牙情况, 应用吸光光度法测定缺牙侧、健侧的咀嚼效率。结果 下颌第一磨牙缺失后对牙列、牙周的影响主要为邻牙移位及对颌牙伸长, 其咀嚼效率明显下降, 约为正常对侧的50 % ～57 % 。结论 第一磨牙缺失后应尽早修复, 以恢复牙列的咀嚼功能。

Objective To search the effect of first molar loss on dentition, periodontium and masticatory efficiency in young people. Methods\ 60 young soliders with first molar loss were divided into three groups by the loss tooth time, then, the authors observed the condition of dentition, periodontium about the adjacent tooth and the opposing molar. Further assaying the masticatory efficiency by ultraviolet spectroscopic analysis. Results\ The major effect was abnormal mesial or distal inclination, drifting of the adjacent tooth, and supraversion of the opposing molar, the influence degree concerned with the time of loss tooth. The masticatory efficiency of loss first molar side was much lower than that of the control side, about decreasing 43%～50%. Conclusion\ The first molar loss should be reparied in time for recovering masticatory ability.\;
