摘要
目的 本文报告两种新型陶瓷金属合金线性热膨胀系数(LTEL) 测量结果以及用其中一种合金制作的烤瓷修复体临床应用情况。方法 用两种不含铍的镍基陶瓷合金,其中一种含有钛( NCT1) , 另一种不含钛(NC1) ,分别制作24 个试样,分为6 组,将试样置DP49 型热膨胀测定仪中分别从室温加热至100 ℃、200 ℃、300 ℃、400 ℃、450 ℃和500 ℃测算LTEC,用NCT1 为24 例患者制作32 件FM 冠桥修复体,评价其临床应用效果。结果 从室温加热到450 ℃,NCT1 和NC1 的LTEC 分别为13 .9 ×10 - 6·℃- 1 和14 .2 ×10 - 6·℃- 1 而Vita VMK68 体系中体瓷( VMK68) 和遮色瓷( VMK88) 的LTEC 分别为12 .7 ×10 - 6·℃- 1 和12 .4 ×10 - 6·℃- 1 , NCT1 和VMK68 、VMK88 的LTEC 之差分别为1 .2 和1 .5 , 而NC1 和VMK68 、VKM88 的LTEC 之差分别为1 .5 和1 .8 ,NCT1 的LTEC 较NC1 与Vita VMK68 体系瓷更为匹配。7 ~25 个月临床应用揭示用NCT1 和Vita VMK68 体系瓷制作的修复体临床表现良好。结论 本研究揭示两种实验陶瓷金属合金与LTEC 值与Vita VMK68 体系瓷匹配, 用NCT1 和该瓷制作的PRM 冠桥显示出较好的临床行为。
Objective This article reported the results of measurement of linear thermal expansion coefficient (LTEC) of two new type ceramic metal alloys , and the preliminary evaluation on the clinical application of PFM restorations made from one of these alloys. Methods Two kinds of ceramic metal alloys manufactured by us were used in this research, Both of them havent beryllium in their compositions, one with titanium (NCT1)and the other without it (NC1).Twenty four samples of each alloy were divided into 6 groups, 4 samples in esch group. Samples of 6 groups were heated from room temperature to 100℃、200℃、 300℃、400℃、 450℃and 500℃respectively in DP type 49 thermal expansion detector in order to measure the values of LTEC. Twenty four patients, were restored with 32 PFM crowns and bridges which substrates were made from NCT1. The clinical performance of restorations were excellent through 7~25 months application. Results The LTEC values of NCT1 and NC1 heated form 20℃ to 450℃ were 13.9 ×10 -6 ·℃ -1 and 14.2 ×10 -6 ·℃ -1 respectively, while the value Vita VMK of body porclain (VMK68) and pain on 88(VMK88)were 12.7 ×10 -6 ·℃ -1 and 12.4 ×10 -6 ·℃ -1 . The difference of NCT1 with VMK68 and VMK88 were 1.2 and 1.5 m, while the difference of NC1 with VMK68 and VMK88 were 1.5 and 1.8 . Conclusion The LTEC values of two experimental alloys match with Vita VMK68 porcelain. The PFM crowns and bridges made of NCT1 and this porcelain show excellent clinical performance.
