口腔药冰的研制及临床应用观察

目的 研制一种口腔含化的具有冷敷降温、清热解毒、活血化瘀、消肿止痛、止血作用的中药冰块。方法 筛选中药组成合理配方, 并煎煮成药液, 制成冰块应用于临床, 对病人的口腔温度、疼痛、肿胀及饮食情况、伤口愈合、不良反应等指标进行了观察对比及统计学处理。结果 口腔药冰具有降低口腔温度、减轻局部肿胀及疼痛、改善病人进食的作用, 且无明显的毒副作用。结论 口腔药冰是一种将药物的药理作用与剂型的物理作用合二为一,

Objective To develop a kind of Chinese herbal medicine which have the function of colling by cold compress, cleaning away heat and toxic material, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, alleviating swelling、 pain and hemostasis. Methods Several kinds of Chinese herbal medicine were selected to make up effective recipe. On the basis of the recipe, the Chinese herbal medicine was selected and made it into suitablly shaped ice for parients. We studied the index of oral temperature、 the degree of pain and swelling、diet condition and side effects. The data of the index was statisticaly processed. Results The OMI had the function of colling oral temperature、 alleviating pain and swelling、improving patient's diet. No obvious side effects were found. Conclusion The OMI is a new kind of pharmaceutical forms of Chinese herbal medicine which combines the harmaceutical functions with physical functions of pharmaceutical forms and have many clinically therapeutic functions.
