摘要
受历史等因素影响,稳定一直是西藏发展中的主题。各种不稳定的现象本质上是一种文化冲突、环境冲突、边境关系冲突。究其根源,西藏稳定与西藏独特的生态环境、文化背景、地理位置有关。教育在西藏稳定发展中具有重要作用,但作用能否充分发挥依赖于西藏教育是否尊重和体现了西藏教育对象、教育内容、教育方式、教育目标方面的特殊性。发展西藏特征的教育是西藏稳定发展所赋予的历史使命。
By the factors of history, stability has always been the subject of Tibet development. All kinds of instability phenomenon in nature are about cultural conflict,environmental conflict and border relationship conflict. Tracing to the source, Tibet' s stability relates to its unique environment,cultural background and geographic location. Education has an important role in stable development of Tibet. However, if Tibet can give full play to the role of education depends on whether or not its education respects and reflects Tibet' s education characteristics, such as its object of education, educational content, teaching methods and goals. Developing the peculiar education in Tibet is the historic mission which Tibet' s stability and development entrusted.
