摘要
本文建立了气相色谱法测定水中乙醛的方法。采用大体积直接进样,用填充柱进行分离分析,分离度效果好,灵敏度高,水中乙醛检出限为0.01mg/L,乙醛样品加标回收率为98.4%~108.4%,平行测定的相对标准差为4.1%(n=7)。该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好,适合于水体中乙醛的测定。
A method of Determination of the acetaldehyde in water by Gas Chromatography was developed.We analyzed it by large volume injection in packed column,and get a satisfied result of resolution and sensitivity.The minimum detection limit could reach 0.01mg/L,the added recoveries of acetaldehyde were between 98.4 % and 108.4 %.RSD was 4.1 %.It was convenient,quick,sensitive and accurate.The results indicated that the method was useful for the determination of acetaldehyde in water.
