两宋之交政治与文化名人叶梦得于绍兴十二年至十四年曾执帅福州,这是他人生仕履的最后一站。在这里,叶梦得用强有力手段弭盗平寇,确保了一方平安祥和;政务之余,叶梦得有心于福州的文化事业发展,先后在福州城内兴建多处文化景观,并执掌福州文坛。由于叶梦得的影响,在其身边形成了一个颇有生机与活力的文学生态群落,共同活跃和推动着福州文化事业的发展。

Between Shaoxing twelve years and Shaoxing fourteen years,Ye Mengde who was a celebrity in both politics and culture had been in charged of Fuzhou.It＇s the last station of his official career.Ye Mengde had repressed disorderly to ensure the local harmony by powerful methods.In his leisure time,he paid much attention to the development of local cultural.Then,several cultural landscapes had been built in the city by him.He was the leader on the literary arena of Fuzhou.Because of Ye Mengde＇s impact,a dynamic literature ecological community had been mushroomed around him and promoted the cultural development in Fuzhou.
