摘要
跨入21世纪,人类社会也将发生日新月异的巨变。面对纷繁复杂的社会环境,如何寻求高效处理各项事务的科学方法已成为人们的共识。因此,居于管理最高层次的领导活动日益凸现其重要性,而领导心理则成为影响领导活动成败的关键因素。鉴于此,在新的历史时期,梳理领导心理的相关理论,分析领导心理运用的现实困境,进而探讨解弊路径具有重要的理论及其现实意义。
Entering the 21th century,the human society will work great changes.How to seek scientific methods to manage business efficiently has become our common view in the face of the complicated social environment.Therefore,the leadership activities which resides in the highest level of management are more and more important.And leadership psychology has become the key point that influences the success or failure of leadership activities.In view of this,listing the correlation theories of leadership psychology systematically,analying the realistic dilemma of the utilization of leadership psychology and discussing the way of solution has a great theoretical and practical significance
