摘要 1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PDO)是一种重要的化工原料。综述了微生物法生产1,3-丙二醇的关键酶相关研究成果,包括1,3-丙二醇氧化还原酶、甘油脱水酶等,并进行了展望。 1,3-Propanediol is an important chemical material.The article summarized the research progress of the key enzymes for production of 1,3-propanediol by fermentation,such as PDOR,GDHt,and so on.Besides,it depicted a wonderful prospect of 1,3-propanediol.
