摘要
以环氧树脂E-44与α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为原料合成了环氧丙烯酸酯,探讨了相关因素对反应的影响。结果表明,反应温度宜控制在80~90℃;催化剂选用N,N-二甲基苯胺,用量(以反应物总质量计)以2.5%为宜,且N,N-二甲基苯胺与四丁基溴化铵按质量比1∶1进行复配时,反应速率最快;阻聚剂能够提高酯化反应的程度,有效地保护双键,提高固化膜的不挥发物含量和剪切强度,其用量(以反应物总质量计)以0.2%~0.3%为宜;溶剂的加入会减慢反应的速率,但能降低体系的粘度,使反应进程易于控制。
Epoxy acrylate was synthesized with epoxy resin E-44 and α-methylacrylic acid as raw materials,and the influential factors were investigated.The results showed that,the optimum reaction temperature range was 80~90℃,N,N-xylidine was selected as catalyst,and its dosage was 2.5%,furthermore,when N,N-xylidine and tetrabutylammonium bromide was compound with a mass ratio of 1∶1,the reaction rate was the quickest;the polymerization inhibitor could improve the esterification degree,effectively protect the double bond and improve nonvolatile matter content and shear strength of cured film,its advisable dosage was 0.2% ~ 0.3%;the solvent added would reduce reaction speed and reduce system′s viscosity,which made the reaction process easy to control.
