摘要
以猪粪为发酵原料,研究了氧化钙、优氯净和甲醛三种消毒剂对猪粪沼气发酵的影响。结果表明,三种消毒剂在添加量为0.05%时对沼气发酵均有抑制作用,但抑制强弱程度有所差异,其中甲醛消毒剂的抑制作用最强,几乎完全抑制产气,氧化钙使产气量降低了13.56%,优氯净的抑制作用最弱,仅比正常产气量降低约4%。同时,加入消毒剂后沼液的pH值、纤维素水解酶活性、淀粉酶活性都有所降低,而挥发性总脂肪酸含量和脂肪水解酶活性略有升高,这进一步说明了消毒剂对沼气发酵的抑制作用。为养殖场粪污沼气发酵处理提供一定的理论参考。
Using pig dung as material,the effects of calcium oxide,excellent net chloride and formaldehyde on biogas fermentation were studied in this paper.The experimental results showed that three disinfectants at the additional level of 0.05% all had restraint on biogas fermentation.Three disinfectants had different restraint and that of formaldehyde was the most powerful,gas production was almost completely restrained.Then calcium oxide was followed and its gas production was reduced by 13.56%.The weakest effect was excellent net chloride that only reduced by 4% on gas production.At the same time,the data showed that pH value,cellulase activity,amylase activity were reduced,however the volatile fatty acids content and lipase activity were increased.The result of experiment could provide certain theoretic consult for biogas fermentation of aeces from livestock farms.
