肾上腺罕见肿瘤7例临床分析并文献复习

The report of 7 cases of rare adrenal tumor and literature review

目的探讨肾上腺罕见肿瘤的临床表现和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析7例肾上腺罕见肿瘤患者的临床资料并复习有关文献。结果7例罕见肾上腺肿瘤中肾上腺神经节瘤2例、神经鞘瘤1例、平滑肌瘤2例、平滑肌肉瘤1例、畸胎瘤1例。2例有腰背部胀痛症状,5例无明显临床症状。开放手术4例,经后腹腔镜手术3例。结论对于罕见肾上腺肿瘤,术后病理报告为良性者可定期随访;术后病理报告为恶性肿瘤者应根据肿瘤性质采用相应治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical features of rare adrenal tumor and therapy protocols.Methods 7 cases of rare adrenal tumor were respectively analyzed and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results In these cases,2 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma,1 case of adrenal schwannoma,2 cases of adrenal leiomyoma,1 case of leiomyosarcoma of adrenal gland,1 case of adrenal teratoma.2 cases have the symptom of ache in back and waist,5 cases have no obvious symptom.All patients received surgery,with 4 cases in open surgery,3 cases with laparoscope.Conclusions Patients with rare adrenal tumor should be given correct treatment protocols according to pathological diagnosis after surgery.Patients with benign tumor should be followed up termly,while patients with malignant tumor should be given further corresponding treatment protocols according to tumor characters.
