草酸铁溶液结合全酸蚀黏结系统治疗牙本质龋

摘要 目的评价草酸铁溶液结合全酸蚀黏结系统治疗牙本质龋后牙齿出现敏感症状的发生情况。方法选择76颗牙髓活力正常的牙齿,临床确诊均患牙本质龋,无牙周疾患。随机分为实验组和对照组。两组均用32%磷酸酸蚀剂酸蚀牙本质黏结面,实验组用5.3%草酸铁溶液涂布,两组再用复合树脂充填龋洞。观察修复术后半月内的临床效果。结果实验组5.3%草酸铁溶液结合全酸蚀黏结系统的疗效高于对照组。结论 5.3%草酸铁溶液结合全酸蚀黏结系统治疗牙本质龋能够提高其临床治愈率,可尽量避免单独使用全酸蚀黏结系统引起的术后敏感症的发生。 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the combination of ferrioxalate and total-etch technology on the therapy of dental caries.Methods 76 teeth with normal pulp were chosen.They were divided into experimental group and control group.5.3%ferrioxalate was used to experimental group.According to the manufacturers,instructions,Chrisma B20 was adhered to the dental caries.To observe the clinical effect after treatment and analyze by statistics.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was higher than control group.Conclusions 5.3% ferrioxalate linking of total-etch technology could decrease the occurrence of postoperative sensitivity.
