整体化健康教育对高血压患者药物依从性的影响

Effect of Holistic Health Education on the Drug Compliance of Patients with Essential Hypertension

目的探讨整体化健康教育对原发性高血压患者药物依从性的影响。方法选择某院2006年1月至2007年12月入住的高血压患者81例。随机分为对照组41例和观察组40例,对照组给予常规的护理措施和一般的健康教育,观察组在常规的护理措施和一般的健康教育基础上实施整体化健康教育。采用问卷调查法,比较两组患者药物依从性的差异。结果经过整体化健康教育后,两组患者药物依从性比较,差异有统计学意义,观察组指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论积极有效的整体化健康教育可提高患者的健康知识水平,增强患者对服药治疗的依从性,为提高患者的生活质量产生积极影响。

Objective To explore the whole of the health impact of education on compliance in patients with essential hypertension.Methods Selected a hospital admitted to 81 cases of hypertension in patients from January 2006 to December 2007.Random observation group is divided into a control group of 41 cases and 40 cases,control group given general nursing and health education in General,observation group in general nursing and general health education on the basis of holistic health education.With questionnaire method,comparing differences between two sets of patient compliance.Results After holistic health education,compliance in patients with two sets of comparison,differences are statistically significant,observing the set of indicators is superior to the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion active and effective holistic health education to improve patient health literacy levels,enhanced patient compliance to drug treatment have a positive impact to improve patient quality of life.
