循证护理在肠胃镜手术前焦虑中的应用

Application of Evidence-based Nursing for Patients with Anxiety before Gastrointestinal Endoscopic Surgery

目的通过临床研究证实循证护理在肠胃镜手术前心情焦虑护理中的价值。方法以深圳市龙岗区大鹏人民医院2009年3月至2010年3月进行肠胃镜治疗的224例患者为研究对象,将其平均分为两组,分别使用循证心理护理和常规心理护理。并对两组患者的临床疗效、心理状态、并发症及患者护理满意率进行比较,并进行统计学分析。结果观察组患者的各项临床数据均较对照组有明显优势,且P=0.026具有统计学意义。结论循证护理在肠胃镜手术前心情焦虑的护理中具有明显的优势,在肠胃镜手术的治疗中具有重要的价值。

Objective Through clinical research proves evidence-based nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery before the value of mood anxiety nursing.Methods The people＇s hospital of dapeng from March 2009 to 2010 March intestines and stomach mirror therapy of 224 patients as a study object,and the average divided into two groups,separately using evidence-based psychological nursing and conventional psychological nursing.And two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and the psychological condition,complications,and patient care satisfaction rate compared,and statistical analysis.Results the clinical observation group patients than controls data are advantages,and P=0.026 are statistically significant.Conclusion evidence-based nursing in gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery in care of anxiety before the mood has obvious advantages in gastrointestinal endoscopic surgery treatment has important value.
