摘要
本文是利用转镜扫描技术得到的线光斑对中镍铬合金铸铁窄带激光熔覆,为了减少试验次数,并排除不必要的试验参数,用正交试验法对激光熔覆处理效果的最大影响因素(P、V、B或D)进行试验方案设计。最后对试验结果进行分析比较获得最佳工艺参数。
In this paper, the laser cladding was carried out on the media Ni-Cr alloy cast iron using line flare which is obtained from scanning techniques of tilting mirror. The Designing of the laser cladding treatment to the most important influencing factor were obtained through orthogonal experiments .In order to reduce experiments and obviate unnecessary test parameters (P, V, B or D),The laser cladding parameters in the conditions of the results of tests calculated were optimized finally.
