摘要
近年来,虚拟样机技术作为一种新兴的设计手段,被越来越多地应用于工程设计和机械系统性能研究。本研究根据某汽车厂提供的14吨级拉臂车设计图纸为依据,利用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS建立拉臂车工作系统虚拟样机模型,对工作系统作业过程进行联合仿真分析,求出相关特征部位的力和位移变化特性,为利用ANSYS进行的拉臂车零部件的强度、刚度分析提供依据。
In recent years, as a new design tool, virtual prototyping technology is increasingly used in engineering design and mechanical properties of the system. This study used the hooklift ann design drawings of a 14-ton truck to establish the virtual prototype model based on the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS, and performed simulation analysis of the system on work, then obtained the forces and displacement changes of relevant parts, in order to get the strength, stiffness of the key parts of the truck by the use of ANSYS.
