Innovation is the soul of national development, and also an inexhaustible motive force of national prosperity. As the future of our country, young college students need to cultivate the spirit of innovation further more. Practical innovation activities are a very important part of students＇ university life and the content of school education. The work of organization and management is the foundation of college students＇ innovative practice work, and to make the practice work better we should not only pay more attention to training students＇ practice ability but also increase students＇ comprehensive quality.
