摘要
此文论述了工科院校大学生实践技能和创新能力培养的改革。通过转变教育思想,调整和优化人才培养目标,重组教学内容和课程体系,更新教学方法和教学手段,改变教学模式等,实现创新人才培养的新模式。
The paper introduced the discovery and practice of training of the operation and innovation ability of education to students in colleges of engineering. We can work out an effective pattern of innovative talent training by transforming educational ideas, adjusting and optimizing the training goal, reorganizing the teaching contents and courses system, renewing teaehing methods and means and changing teaching patterns and so on.
