Cream干酪是一种营养价值很高的奶制品,在国外很受欢迎。用超滤技术代替传统工艺是生产Cream干酪的一项改革,能够增加干酪产量,提高生产效率。本文介绍了超滤技术及其在Cream干酪中的应用进展。利用超滤技术生产Cream干酪具有很大的市场和社会效益。
Cream cheese is a kind of dairy product with high nutritional value, and it is very popular abroad. Using uhrafihration technology instead of traditional method for making cream cheese is a technical renovation, which can increase the yield of cheese and improve the production efficiency. This paper introduces ultrafihration technology, discusses its application in cream cheese, and concludes that using ultrafihration technology for making cream cheese has large market and social benefits.
