通心络胶囊结合西医常规疗法对冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effects of "Tongxinluo Capsule" and conventional western medicine on serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein in coronary heart disease

目的观察通心络胶囊结合西医常规疗法对冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法将126例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各63例),对照组采用西医常规疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用通心络胶囊;两组疗程均为6周,观察临床疗效及治疗后hs-CRP水平变化情况。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为79.4%、63.5%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后hs-CRP均明显降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通心络胶囊结合西医常规疗法治疗冠心病,可抑制炎症反应,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the effects of ＂Tongxinluo Capsule＂ and conventional western medicine on serum high-sensitive C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in coronary disease.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups： control group in which 63 cases were treated by conventional western medicine,and treatment group in which 63 cases were treated by conventional western medicine and ＂Tongxinluo Capsule＂,with a course of six weeks.Clinical effects and hs-CRP were observed.Results The total effective rate was 79.4% in the treatment group and 63.5% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,the hs-CRP was reduced in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant reduction in treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined ＂Tongxinluo Capsule＂ and conventional western medicine can inhibit inflammation and improve clinical effects in the treatment coronary heart disease.
