摘要
小麦品种的遗传改良一直倍受重视,利用小麦成熟胚为外植体进行愈伤组织培养越来越受到人们的关注。本文主要对影响小麦成熟胚愈伤组织诱导的诸多因素进行了讨论。
Genetic improvement of wheat has attached much attention.More and more researchers were paying attention to callus induction from mature embryos of wheat.The factors influencing the induction of callus were discussed.
