摘要
目的 研究重组葡激酶对体内血栓的溶解作用。方法 采用狗股动脉富含红细胞血栓形成模型。结果 重组葡激酶明显减少狗股动脉富含红细胞血栓的长度及湿重,促进栓塞动脉再通,给药后,动脉血流量明显增加,再通率提高。结论 重组葡激酶具有极显著溶解犬实验性动脉血栓的作用,等剂量条件下。
AIM To investigate thrombolytic effect of recombinant staphylokinase in vivo. METHOD The model of canine thrombus of femoral artery contained with rich red cells was used. RESULTS It was found that recombinant staphylokinase lessened the length and weight of thrombus significantly and promoted recirculation of femoral artery. In administration of staphylokinase, volume of blood flow in femoral artery was remarkedly increased and the ratio of recirculation of the artery elevated. CONCLUSION The data suggested that recombinant staphylokinase possessed obvious thrombolytic effect on thrombus of canine femoral artery. At the same dosage its potency was superior to that of urokinase.
