摘要
开展了不同农药在不同施用环境下,对不同平菇菌丝生长速度的影响试验。结果表明,参试农药在封闭无菌状态下对平菇菌丝生长均有抑制作用;在开放有菌状态下,抑制作用整体减弱,半数以上农药甚至转变为促进作用,开放有菌状态促进了农药的代谢。
Different kinds of insecticides on the mycelial growth rate of different strains of Pleurotus ostreatus in different conditions were studied.The results showed that the mycelial growth was inhibited by insecticide in closed sterile condition.And the inhibition was alleviated in non-aseptic open condition.The inhibition of over half of the insecticides converted into stimulation because the insecticide might be decomposed by the microbiology.
