摘要
通过分析“后进生”的形成原因，提出了防治的基本措施：教师要理解、尊重、宽容、善待“后进生”，要提高课堂教学的艺术水平，学校教育要与家庭教育相结合，师生关系要和谐，要有科学的学习方法等。让“后进生”能看到进步的希望，能体会到成功的喜-冼，逐渐成为全面发展的人才。
By analyzing the reasons of becoming the ＂underachievers＂ in the vocational schools, basic counter-measures are put forward： teachers should understand, respect, tolerate, and be kind to the ＂underachievers＂; they should improve their artistic level of classroom teaching, combine the school education with the family education, keep a harmonious relationship with the students, and the students should have scientific learning methods, etc,.
