摘要
竞技体育的主旨是强化体能,提高运动技能水平。在这个系统训练过程中,运动员需要不断地承受、递增运动负荷,来达到强化体能的目的。随着专业训练与递增负荷,运动损伤成为一个不可回避的问题。尤其是青少年运动员,由于正处在生长发育阶段,对自身能够承受的负荷估计不足,技术动作尚未建立,极易造成运动损伤。运动损伤不仅影响正常的训练与比赛,甚至危及运动员的运动寿命。我国竞技体育运动员的运动寿命普遍短暂,体坛"常青树"较为鲜见,
The impacts of sports injuries on young athletes are both physical and mental. Sports injuries not only damage athletes' health, decreasing their levels of fitness and skills, but also hurt them psychologically, causing indirect effect on their training or competition. Therefore, through analyzing the reasons which cause young athletes' injuries, this article tries to put forward corresponding methods of treatment and prevention, just for young athletes' reference.
