过碳酸钠在果蔬洗涤盐中的应用

Application of Sodium Percarbonate in Fruit and Vegetable Washing Salt

着重介绍了过碳酸钠的性质及其在果蔬洗涤盐中的应用。同时对用过碳酸钠作为主要辅料与食用盐制成的果蔬洗涤盐洗除果蔬表面残留农药效果进行检测评价,并与其他清洗剂作了对比。认为该类果蔬洗涤盐可有效去除果蔬表面残留农药,过碳酸钠在果蔬洗涤盐中具有较好的应用前景。

This paper focuses on introducing the nature of sodium percarbonate and its application in fruit and vegetable washing salt.At the same time,test and evaluation of the effect of washing the pesticide residues on the surface of fruit and vegetables by using fruit and vegetable washing salt containing sodium percarbonate as the main auxiliary material are made,and compared to the other detergent.It is concluded that this friut and vegetable washing salt is efficient to get rid of the pesticide residues on the surface of fruit and vegetable and sodium percarbonate has good application prospects.
