摘要
为了保障城市经济的发展与居民用电的稳定,如何加强汽轮机组日常保养与维护,减少汽轮机组故障率,确保汽轮发电机组安全稳定运行是目前发电企业普遍面临的问题。文章就汽轮机异常振动原因及故障的排除进行了分析,在振动监测方面应做的工作进行了简要的论述。
In order to guarantee the development of the urban economy and the stability of residential electricity supply,strengthening the daily maintenance for turboset,reducing the failure rate and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the generator are the common problems that the power enterprises are faced with.This paper analyzes the reasons and trouble shooting of turbine abnormal vibration,and how to monitor the vibration is briefly discussed.
