针药并用对腰椎间突出症患者疼痛指数及功能障碍指数影响

Effect of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine on the Pain Index and the Disability Index in Patients with Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

目的观察针药并用对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛指数及功能障碍指数的影响。方法采用简单随机的分组方法,将符合纳入标准的63例患者分为针药组和中药组,分别予针刺并中药内服和单纯中药内服,每日1次。疗程均为15 d。采用《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)评价临床疗效。结果针药组32例,痊愈15例,好转14例,无效3例;中药组31例,痊愈8例,好转15例,无效8例。两组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(CODI)均有改善,且针药组优于中药组。结论针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症,能良好地缓解疼痛,并改善功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of combined acupuncture and medicine on the pain index and the dysfunction index in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods Sixty-three patients meeting the inclusion criteria were divided,by a simple random allocation,into acupuncture-medicine and Chinese herbal medicine groups.They were treated by acupuncture plus oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine alone,respectively.Treatment was given once daily,15 days as a course.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated using TCM Criteria for Diagnosis of Symptoms and Evaluation of Therapeutic Effects,the Visual Analogous Scale（VAS） and the Chinese version of the Oswestry Disability Index（CODI）.Results Of the 32 patients of the acupuncture-medicine group,cure occurred in 15,improvement in 14 and ineffectiveness in 3.Of the 31 patients of the Chinese herbal medicine group,cure occurred in 8,improvement in 15 and ineffectiveness in 8.The VAS score and the CODI score improved in both groups.They improved more in the acupuncture-medicine group than in the Chinese herbal medicine group.Conclusion The combined use of acupuncture and medicine can relieve the pain well and improve the functions in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
