摘要 和肽素(copeptin)是精氨酸加压素原C末端的一部分,近年来研究发现其在心血管疾病的诊断及预后判断等方面有重要价值,特别是在冠心病急性心肌缺血梗死的诊断和晚期心力衰竭的预后判断方面,现就copeptin的一些生理特性及其在心血管疾病中的研究作一综述。 Copeptin（and peptide） is the C terminus of arginine vasopressin.Recent research suggests that the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular disease,especially in acute myocardial ischemia and infarction,should take copeptin account.This article reviews recent studies of copeptin as a marker for cardiovascular disease.
