论当前医疗纠纷的表现特点、处理及防范对策

Talking About The Characteristics of Expression,Treatment Countermeasures And Prevent Measures of Medical Tangle

报道本教研室４３ 年３１６ 例医疗纠纷尸检资料的分析结果，结合实际工作经验与体会，论述当前医疗纠纷的表现特点、处理对策和防范措施。认为近年来医疗纠纷逐渐增多；发生科室以妇产科和外科多见；医疗纠纷中非医疗事故多于医疗事故。处理对策建议是：遵循法律，注意程序，讲究方法，公平合理。指出完善医院管理是防范医疗纠纷的关键，提高医疗水平是防范医疗纠纷的根本。

This paper reports 316 autopsied cases about medical tangle in departement of forensic pathology,Tongji Medical University during the past 43 years,and on our practical experince,it was discussed to the characteristics of expression,treatment countermeasures and prevent measures.We believe that medical tangle is increasing gradually in recent year and it occurred primarily in gynecotokological and surgerical departments and that the non-medical negligences were more than medical negligences among medical tangles.The treatment countermeasures should be to obey the low,pay attention to procedure and methods and to ensure fair and reasonable.It is pointed that tightening up hospital administration is the key to prevent medical tangles and that raising the medical level is essential to prevent medical tangles.
