放射治疗在胃癌辅助治疗中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 胃癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其恶性程度高,侵袭力强,生存率低.胃癌的治疗一直是以手术切除为主,但经过几十年的临床观察发现,即使胃癌患者接受根治性手术治疗,术后仍有较高的局部复发率.研究显示,T3、T4 或Tx、N ＋的患者术后在瘤床、区域淋巴结引流区、残端和吻合口的总复发率高达60%,5年生存率仅25%左右[1].为了降低局部区域复发率和提高生存率,在综合治疗中放射治疗便成为一个重要的临床研究课题.本文就当前放射治疗在胃癌治疗中的进展作一综述.
