基于Pro/EMECHANICA Structure的塑料产品力学设计

摘要 在分析影响塑料结构件强度的因素及机理的基础上,运用Pro/E MECHANICA Structure模拟真实的受力环境,依据受力情况改进塑料产品的结构.以直板手机为例,给出了其主要零部件的结构特点及装配连接关系.借助Pro/E MECHANICA Structure模块,分析在直板手机装配中,前盖、后盖等塑料零件受静载荷作用下可能出现的变形,通过在相应部位增加圆弧过渡或设置角撑改进并优化了其结构,避免了应力集中,满足了力学性能要求. The factors and mechanism that affect the strength of plastic components were analyzed,then Pro/E MECHANICA Structure is used to simulate the actual stress environment so as to make an improvement to the structure of plastic products.With the methods above mentioned,the straight mobile phone as an example was taken.Firstly,the structural features and the assembly relations of the main components have been analyzed;next the possible deformation of the front cover and back cover of the mobile phone under static load during the process of assembly has been analyzed with Pro/E MECHANICA Structure model;then by adding are transition or corner brace an improvement and optimization have been made and the strength concentration of the structure is avoided.It was proved that the mechanical properties are up to standards.
