Quantitative determination of oridonin in the rabdosia rubescens terpenoids buccal tablets by HPLC

目的：对冬凌草萜含片中的冬凌草甲素进行含量测定。方法：采用ＨＰＬＣ 法，以Ｃ１８ＯＤＳ 为色谱柱，甲醇水（５５∶４５） 为流动相，检测波长为２４２ｎｍ 。结果：回收率为９８ ．２３ ％ ，ＲＳＤ 为２ ．１２ ％ 。结论：该方法简便、可靠。

OBJECTIVE:To determination the content of oridonin in the rabdosia rubescens terpenoids buccal tablets.METHODS:HPLC method was selected to determine the content.The separation was performed on an analytical C 18 ODS column.The mobile phase was methanol water(55∶45).The UV detector was set at 242nm.RESULTS:The average recovery was 98.23% with RSD 2.12%.CONCLUSION:This method was proved to be simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of rabdosia rubescens and its preparation.
