对陈香露白露片检验中有关问题的探讨

Discussion on exsited problems in Chenxiang Lubailu table tests

目的：探讨部颁标准陈香露片检验中存在的问题。方法：用部颁标准和改进方法对陈香露白露片中的铋盐进行定性定量、镁盐进行定性。结果：该片中的铋盐碘化钾鉴别反应，用稀硝酸代替盐酸做溶剂，呈正反应；镁盐氯化铵磷酸氢二钠鉴别反应，加氨试液后，析出的白色沉淀不是Ｍｇ（ＯＨ）２ ，而是Ｂｉ（ＯＨ）３ ，该沉淀在氯化铵试液中不溶，干扰镁盐鉴别；铋盐含量测定项，用加抗坏血酸掩蔽剂的方法，排除Ｆｅ３ ＋ 的干扰，使终点颜色稳定，易于准确判断。结论：受中成药复方制剂中多种离子的干扰，陈香露白露片现行质量标准的铋盐、镁盐鉴别（１）

OBJECTIVE:To discuss exsited problems about Chenxiang Lubailu table tests in Chinese WS 3 B 1553 93.METHODS:Bismuthic salt and magnesian salt were analyzed with the methods in Chinese WS 3 B 1553 93 and the modified methods.RESULTS:In the Chenxiang Lubailu table,the identification of bismuthic salt positive result with dilute nitric acid instead of hydrochloric acid and the white precepitation formed in identification of magnesian was bismuth hydroxide sediments,it was easy and accurate to identify bismuthic salt by adding ascorbic acid.CONCLUSION:The current quality standard of Chenxiang Lubailu table is needed to be revised because the test was interfered by many ions in the prepared Chinese medicine.
