咳喘平口服液的制备与临床应用

Preparation and clinical application of Kechuanping oral liquids

目的：研制中药制剂“咳喘平口服液”，考察其治疗呼吸系统疾病临床疗效。方法：根据呼吸系统典型症状咳嗽咳痰、喘息判定标准及疗效判定标准，考察５０ 个病例并加以分析。结果：咳喘平口服液的疗效与性别、年龄无关，与引起症状的病种有相关性，治疗咳嗽总有效率８８ ％ ，治疗咳痰总有效率８６ ％ ，治疗喘息总有效率９０ ％ 。结论：咳喘平口服液治疗咳嗽、咳痰。

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation,quality control and clincal application of Kechuanping oral liquids.METHOD:To evaluate the results of 50 patients after taking Kechuanping oral liquids according toclinical treating standard.RESULTS:Results showed that treating effective rates on cough,athma coughing up phlegm were 88%,90 and 86% respectively.CONCLUSION:Kechuanping oral liquids is effective to treat cough,asthma,coughing up phlegm and no adverse reaction was found in clinical practice.
