摘要
本实验研究了新型无卤阻燃剂水滑石以及复配阻燃剂微胶囊红磷填充在无卤阻燃三元乙丙橡胶中,对橡胶阻燃性能及力学性能的影响;并研究了运用不同硅烷偶联剂对水滑石进行表面处理对橡胶性能的影响。结果表明,水滑石的填充能有效提高橡胶阻燃性能,且微胶囊红磷对水滑石有很好的协助阻燃效应。经γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷表面处理,橡胶阻燃性及力学性能均有一定提高。
This experiment studies the impact of flame-retardant and mechanical properties for new halogen-free flame retardant hydrotalcite and compositional flame retardant MRP filled in EPDM;and studies the impact of rubber properties for surface treatment on hydrotalcite by using different silane coupling agents.The results show that the filled hydrotalcite can improve flame-retardant performance,and MRP has a good assistant flame retardant effect to hydrotalcite.After surface treatment by γ-(methacryloyloxyethyl) trimethoxysilane,flame resistance and mechanical properties of rubber are certainly improved.
