新型脱硫装置用磁力驱动搅拌器在600MW火力电厂的应用

河北大唐国际王滩发电有限责任公司脱硫装置中原来采用的机械式搅拌器已经运行4年了,因机械式搅拌器的轴承和机械密封容易损坏而导致泄漏,且其维护工作量和维护费用都很高,于2010年10月将其更换为磁力驱动搅拌器,实现静密封无泄漏的要求,且大大降低维护工作量和维护费用。该新型脱硫装置用磁力驱动搅拌器效果显著且全部为国有技术,值得推广。

The mechanical stirrer of FGD using in Datang International Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,had been running for 4 years,and for heavy and expensive maintainance and for easy leakage,we replace it with the new magnetic stirrer to reach the requirements of static seal,no-leakage,easy maintainance and cheap.For the clear advantage of this magntic stirrer in FGD,the stirrer with all independent technic is value to be popularized.
