阐述了我国社区图书馆可持续发展的必要性及重要性，并分析了社区图书馆的功能。最后从政策、立法、宣传等六方面提出加强社区图书馆建设，让社区居民走进身边的图书馆。参考文献3。

This article elaborates on the necessity and importance of community libraries in China, and analyzes the functions of them. Furthermore, the author puts forward the proposal of strengthening the construction of the community library from six aspects on the policy, legislation, propaganda, etc. In this way, it would invite the community residents into the library near them. 3 Refs.
