新加坡多元化文化教育特色方式研究——对我国文化教育的借鉴分析

教育离不开人力资源。在新加坡，人力资源是惟一可利用的资源，早在其建国之初就提出“人才立国”的政策，教育特别是文化教育倍受重视。新加坡在发展文化教育的过程中，善于向世界上文化教育发达国家学习，并形成了一套具有新加坡特色的多元文化教育模式。文章通过介绍新加坡文化教育发展史，总结了新加坡文化教育成功的经验，并分析其对我国的借鉴作用。参考文献7。

Education is inseparable from human resources. In Singapore, human resource is the only available resources. As early as. the beginning of the founding of the policy ＂Founding Talent＂ , education, the culture education in particular is much more attention. Singapore, in the process of cultural education, is good to learn culture and education from the developed world, and form a set of characteristics with the Singapore model of muhicultural education. The article with describing the history of culture and education in Singapore, has summed up the successful experience of Singapore＇s culture and education to analyze its reference to China. 7 Refs.
