摘要
用兔抗磺胺二甲嘧啶抗血清,建立了测定磺胺二甲嘧啶的 E L I S A 法,测定线性范围为(005~50) μg/ L,最低检出浓度为 0025 μg/ L。方法回收率全牛奶与脱脂牛奶分别为(821% ~1288)% 和(906% ~1240)% ,猪血浆为(849% ~1038)% ,猪尿为(897% ~1224)% 。方法简便快速,重现性好,检出限低。
A competitive enzyme linked immuno sorbent assay (ELISA) was established with aid of self made rabbit antibody against sulphadimidine(SM 2) for determination of SM 2 in milk,swine plasma and swine urine. The dynamic range of determination was 0.05~5.0 μg/L with a detection limit of 0.025 μg/L,much better than the limit obtained by the analogous literature(1~10 μg/L) and well below the European maximum permitted amount of SM 2 in milk and pork (25 μg/kg). The recovery values obtained by standard addition to whole milk and skimmed milk were found to be in the range of 82.1%~128.8% and 90.6%~124.0%,respectively,to swine plasma to be 84.9%~103.8%,and to swine urine to be 89.7%~122 4%.No positive samples were found from 270 collected milk samples by the developed ELISA method.
