摘要
从日本教育家井深大的代表作《无视另一半教育的日本人》可看出其教育理论在学术上的重要特点:即着眼于现实,从目前存在的问题入手,对教育上的种种弊端进行直接而大胆的批评;善于历史地分析问题,使其思想和论证富有厚度;以战略家的目光和哲学家的思想建构教育主张。其治学方法和精神值得我们学习和借鉴。
From Japanese educators Masaru Ibuka's masterpiece "The Japanese ignored the other half of education",we can see the important features of their education in academic theory: they focus on the reality and the current existed problems,and they critize the drawbacks of the education directly and boldly;they are good at historical analysis of the problem to make the thoughts and analysis abundant;they establish educational ideas in the eyes of strategists and philosophers.The research method and spirit worthy of our study and reference.
