The paper discussed the invariant property of FCR-algebra under Cleft extension of a semisimple Hopf algebra provided the relations between the Cleft extension and the crossed product and proved that when the finite dimensional Hopf algebra H is semisimple and cosemisimple, FCR algebra is invariant under the H-Cleft extension.
