不同品种牧草对高Cu、高Zn蚓粪中重金属的吸收和积累特性 被引量:3

摘要 采用盆栽试验方法,研究了8种牧草对蚓粪中Cu、Zn吸收和积累特性.结果表明:在蚓粪中,墨西哥玉米、一年生黑麦草、多年生黑麦草、苇状羊茅的茎叶和根系生长均受到明显促进作用,而高丹草和欧洲菊苣则受抑明显,其中墨西哥玉米的生物量最大.8种牧草对蚓粪中Cu、Zn均具有一定吸收能力,其中,多年生黑麦草、冬牧70黑麦和一年生黑麦草的吸收能力较强,而欧洲菊苣的吸收能力相对较弱.不同牧草的茎叶及根系Cu、Zn积累量具有差异性,墨西哥玉米、冬牧70黑麦、高丹草和一年生黑麦草的积累量相对较高,而欧洲菊苣和紫花苜蓿甚低,且茎叶中Cu、Zn积累量均以墨西哥玉米最大.可见,墨西哥玉米可以在蚓粪中较好生长,并对Cu、Zn具有一定的吸收和积累能力,有望用于Cu、Zn污染蚓粪的植物修复. Using pot testing method, the experiment studied on the absorption and accumulation of Cu and Zn eight kinds of forages from vermicompost. The results indicat thal the growth of tire shoots and roots of Euchlaena Mexicana Schrad.Lolium multif Lorum Lam.Lolium Perenne and Festuea arundinacea Schreb is significantly promoted, while that of Sorghum Sudanense Stapf and Gichorium intybus L is significantly inhibited, and the biomass of Euehlaena Mexicana Schrad's is the highest. Eight kinds of forages allhavc the capacity of absorbing Cu and Zn from the vermicompost, and the absorption capacities of Lolium Perenne, Secale Cereale. L. C. V. Wialergrezer- 70 and Lolium multif Lorum Lam is comparatively stronger, while that of Cichorium intybus L's is poor. The Cu and Zn accumulation is variant in different shoots and roots of forages, it is relatively lower in Cichorium intybus Land Medicago sativa , while it is relatively higher in Euchlaena Mexicana Schrad.Secale Cereale. L.C.V.Wiatergrezer-70, Sorghum Sudanense Slapf and Lolium multif Lain, and the shoots of Euchlaena Mexicana Schrad has the largest accumulation of Cu and Zn. It is considered that Euchlaena Mexicana Schrad can grow well in the vermicompost and has certain capability ofabsorbing and accumulating Cu and Zn, which can he used for phytorernediation of vermicompost contaminated with Cu and Zn.
