摘要
Peroxiredoxins(Prdxs)属于非硒依赖、不含血红素的过氧化物酶蛋白家族,在生物体内具有清除活性氧和调节活性氧依赖的信号传导的双重作用。本文就Prdxs蛋白家族及其与肿瘤的关系的研究进展作简要综述。
