开窗置管引流联合刮治术治疗下颌骨大型囊肿的疗效观察

Clinical Study of Catheter Drainage in Treatment for Huge Mandibular Cyst

目的探讨开窗置管引流联合刮治术治疗下颌骨大型囊肿的临床应用价值。方法采用一期开窗置管引流联合二期刮治术治疗13例下颌骨大型囊肿患者,随访观察并评价治疗效果。结果开窗置管引流术后,经影像学检查证实,所有患者的病变均缩小60%以上。二期刮治术后继续随访6~36个月,所有患者均未出现下颌骨病理性骨折,无下唇麻木症状,面部畸形得到改善,咬合关系得以保留,均未见囊肿复发。结论开窗置管引流术联合刮治术用于治疗下颌骨大型囊肿安全有效。

Objective To evaluate the effect of catheter drainage treatment for huge mandibular cyst.Methods Thirteen cases of huge mandibular cyst were treated by primary catheter drainage and secondary curettage from 2006 to 2009.Therapeutic effects were evaluated by follow-up and image examination.Results No recurrence of cysts,pathological fracture and low lip numbness occurred in all patients.Facial deformity was improved and occlusal relationship was reserved.Conclusion Catheter drainage provides a safe and effective alternative treatment for huge mandibular cyst.
